Beginning in child welfare, Ryan Lacey worked closely with at-risk youth and families, navigating complex systems to ensure safety, stability, and emotional healing. Her work as a school counselor further expanded her impact—providing academic guidance, crisis intervention, and social-emotional support to students across diverse backgrounds.

Now transitioning into a clinical setting, Ryan Lacey integrates her decades of frontline experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches to offer individualized care. She specializes in trauma-informed counseling, anxiety and mood disorders, family dynamics, and school-related challenges.
