Hi, I’m Ally! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My approach to therapy is rooted in evidence-based practices like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate their emotions and experiences with compassion and patience, meeting you exactly where you are. Whether you’re facing anxiety, identity questions, or challenges in daily life, I aim to help you grow at your own pace in a space that feels safe and supportive.
I deeply value working with clients from all backgrounds, especially those in the LGBTQ+ community and individuals with diverse lived experiences. I believe therapy should be a space where you don’t have to hide any part of yourself. My background includes supporting clients through individual therapy and group work, maintaining large caseloads, and providing counseling in both in-person and telehealth formats. Alongside clinical work, my academic experience and research in areas like gender, identity, and personality have strengthened my ability to offer informed, thoughtful care.
If you’re thinking about starting therapy, I’d be honored to be part of your journey. Whether you’re looking for support in navigating relationships, building emotional resilience, or exploring your identity, I’m here to walk beside you with curiosity, warmth, and a genuine desire to help you thrive. I offer both in-person and secure virtual sessions and would love to connect whenever you’re ready to begin.
