Hi, I’m Marta. I’m dedicated to helping you navigate life’s challenges with compassion and understanding. I have over 20 years of experience in mental health. I hold 2 licenses in therapy and addiction, an advanced certification in trauma and resilience, and 2 degrees from the University of Cincinnati.
I provide therapeutic care for a wide range of mental health concerns. No matter if you are navigating trauma, identity exploration, or relationship challenges, I’m here to support you every step of the way. My feminist and social justice perspective enables me to see the impact of societal factors on mental well-being. Although I apply a person-centered and strengths-based approach, I will customize our therapy to your unique needs, celebrating your strengths and diversity. While I take our work seriously, I also believe in the power of humor to maintain emotional balance, as it can be the best medicine without the side effects.
My goal is to allow you to feel heard, supported, and empowered to live authentically. I will create a safe environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment.
