More About Lauren Francisco

Lauren Francisco is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) who believes healing happens in the context of genuine connection. Based in Strongsville, she works with clients throughout the Cleveland area and offers telehealth services to clients across Ohio.

Lauren serves as Clinical Team Lead for Mindfully’s First Responder & Military-Connected Clinical Team, where she’s passionate about supporting those who serve others. Lauren also spends part of her week as an on-site therapist at Brecksville-Broadview Heights schools, working alongside students and families. Her clinical focus is in trauma and neuropsychology, and her path here was shaped early on by her time working with young children as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), an experience that continues to inform how she meets people of all ages with patience and care.
