More About Katie Deyo

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges, or other life stressors, you’re not alone. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, your relationship, or your family, I provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years working closely with children and families and had the privilege of fostering more than 100 children. Those experiences gave me a deep understanding of the challenges people face and the resilience they can develop through difficult circumstances. After recently earning my Master of Social Work degree, I combined that life experience with professional training to help people navigate challenges, build on their strengths, and create meaningful change.

My approach is practical, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. If it is important to you, I am also happy to incorporate a Christian faith-based perspective into our work together. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey and help you reach your goals. My name is Katie, and I would love to meet you at our comfortable office in Kenwood.
