More About Fay Hahn

Let’s be real – life is sometimes hard, sticky, and devastating. The world shakes, and suddenly our lives don’t look like they used to or how we want them to. Maybe we need someone to help us untangle our thoughts, figure out our feelings, and perhaps relearn our identity. That might be where someone like me steps in.

I approach each person openly and respectfully, constantly aware that you are unique and your experiences deserve special recognition. While validating your experiences and past hurts, we will also set out to gently challenge the areas that are no longer helping you to create a more peaceful, confident, and hopeful mindset.

“A world in which there are monsters, and ghosts, and things that want to steal your heart is a world in which there are angels, and dreams and a world in which there is hope.” -Neil Gaiman.
