More About Amy Howell

Life can feel overwhelming sometimes, whether you’re facing stress, sadness, relationship struggles, or just feeling stuck. Maybe you hope to change, but you’re unsure where to start. You deserve a space to feel heard, understood, and supported as you work toward the life you want.

As a counselor-in-training, I believe you are the expert on your life. My role is to create a warm, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. I take a person-centered approach, meaning I will always meet you with empathy, respect, and genuine care. I also draw from solution-focused techniques to help you identify your strengths, build on what’s working, and create practical steps toward your goals. Together, we’ll focus on where you want to go, not just where you’ve been.

Starting therapy can feel like a big decision, and I’m here to walk alongside you. I offer in-person and online sessions in our comfortable office through our secure video platform, whichever feels best for you. When you’re ready, I would be honored to support you.
