About

Starting therapy can sometimes be nerve-racking. That’s why my goal is to provide a comfortable and safe space. I would describe myself as being someone who is nonjudgmental, compassionate, empathetic, and quirky. My therapeutic approach involves bringing a sense of hope, kindness, and support to make everyday life more manageable. Healing and talking about heavy things can be difficult, but together, it can be resourcefully navigated. I believe that therapy is a collaborative approach and value the role each person plays in their own healing journey. I find joy in meeting people from all ages and backgrounds of life. Let’s start this journey together.

I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW). I obtained my bachelor's degree with honors in Social work from the University of Akron. I am currently working on my master's degree through CSU. I have a wide variety of experiences working in the field. I have worked with many diverse backgrounds between the ages of 5 and 75 years old. I believe each person is unique, and my therapeutic approach is tailored based on your individual needs.
