Starting therapy can sometimes be nerve-racking. That’s why my goal is to provide a comfortable and safe space. I would describe myself as being someone who is nonjudgmental, compassionate, empathetic, and quirky. My therapeutic approach involves bringing a sense of hope, kindness, and support to make everyday life more manageable. Healing and discussing difficult topics can be challenging, but together, it can be navigated resourcefully. I believe that therapy is a collaborative approach and value the role each person plays in their own healing journey. I find joy in meeting people of all ages and backgrounds. Let’s start this journey together.
I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW). I obtained my bachelor’s degree with honors in Social work from the University of Akron and my Master’s degree from Cleveland State University. I have a wide variety of experiences working in the field, working with people from diverse backgrounds, spanning the ages of 5 to 75 years old. I believe that each person is unique, and my therapeutic approach is tailored to meet your individual needs.
