Over the last two years, I have worked for two non-profit agencies. I worked as a behavioral support specialist with transitional-age youth (18-25) while I completed my graduate schooling. In my position, I worked with my clients to adapt healthy coping skills and to reach independence. Last year I finished my internship at another nonprofit working in school-based services as a counselor trainee serving 11-14-year-olds. I completed my bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in Women’s Studies at California State University East Bay and my master’s degree in counseling at Palo Alto University. I have always aspired to help and support people through their traumas and tough times in life. I love seeing my clients change and form into their best selves.
