Hello, my name is Kathryn Fyfe, and I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW). I completed my Master of Social Work (MSW) at Bowling Green State University in 2024. I have also held a Bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University in History with a minor in Political Science since 2022.
My love and passion for social work stem from the social work values that I hold, such as social justice, service, and the dignity and worth of every person. Therefore, I take an approach to counseling that focuses on each individual’s unique needs and goals and builds a collaborative partnership with each client. I aim to be a safe space for all who need it.
I have experience working with survivors of sexual and domestic violence and people who are in crisis situations. I also have experience with counseling both children and adults. I am passionate about supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community as well as working with people from all backgrounds. I have unique experience working with individuals with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD), providing counseling, skill building, advocacy, case management, and psychoeducation.
In my free time, I take my cat, Winnie, on walks and other adventures and often spend time with my five siblings.
