More About Brittany Kelly, PhD

Hello, I’m a highly experienced therapist with nearly two decades of mental health counseling experience. During the last decade, I worked at Psychological and Behavioral Consultants, a private practice in North Olmsted, OH. In this role, I dedicated my efforts to helping clients facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, marital issues, substance abuse disorders, trauma, and spiritual concerns.

In my career, I have focused on treating individuals dealing with substance abuse issues and sexual offending behaviors. My educational background includes a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Walden University, a Master’s degree in Clinical Pastoral Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Baldwin Wallace College. I hold an independent license with supervisory status in Clinical Counseling and Chemical dependency in the state of Ohio, and I am certified in foster care assessment and sex offender treatment. My areas of specialization encompass trauma work, substance abuse, marital counseling, and guiding individuals through spiritual direction.

I’m deeply committed to helping individuals like you navigate life’s challenges and find the path to healing and personal growth. My extensive experience and diverse skill set prepare me to give the support and guidance you need on your journey toward a more fulfilling life. Whether you’re grappling with trauma, substance abuse, marital issues, or spiritual questions, I’m here to walk alongside you, offering a safe and empathetic space for your exploration and growth. Don’t hesitate to reach out – we can work towards positive change and a brighter future together.
